Honda CR-V Audio System Troubleshooting & Testing ➜ 3. Audio Unit Connector for Inputs and Outputs

NOTE:  
If you can only tune to channel 000, 001, and 174, make sure the audio unit  
is set to channel mode (see the Owner's Manual), if it is set to channel  
mode, call XM Radio customer support at 800-852-9696, and check the  
account activation status.  
Check the connectors for poor connections or loose terminals.  
1. Problem verification:  
1. Turn the ignition switch to ON (II).  
2. Turn on the audio unit, and set the XM presets.  
3. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0) for 1 minute, then turn it back to ON (II).  
4. Turn on the audio unit, and test the XM preset for proper recall operation.  
Do the preset icons recall the set XM stations?  
YES : Intermittent failure. The system is OK at this time.  
NO : REPLACE THE XM RECEIVER .
