NO : Go to step 2.
2. Parasitic draw check:

1. Turn the ignition switch to ON (II).
2. Check all the battery consumption current history with the HDS.
ο‘
Are all the values of 1 hour later -29.31 mA or less?
YES : Check the battery.
NO : Go to step 3.
3. Problem verification:

ο‘
ο‘
ο‘
1. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).
2. Without keyless access system: remove the ignition key from the ignition switch.
3. Get out of the vehicle, and close all doors and tailgate securely.
4. Lock the doors with the keyless transmitter.
5. Make sure the individual map lights are turned off and the security alarm system is armed.
6. Wait 70 minutes or more.
7. Turn the ignition switch to ON (II).
8. Check the latest battery consumption current history with the HDS.
Is the value of 1 hour later -29.31 mA or less?
YES Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.
The possible cause that an incorrect parasitic draw value was recorded:

ο¬
When you have forgotten to turn off a switch.
When you operated a vehicle with the ignition switch in ACCESSORY (I) for a long time.
NO : GO TO THE PARASITIC DRAW CHECK .
BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION AND RECONNECTION
REMOVAL
1. Battery Terminal - Disconnection
1. Make sure the ignition switch is in LOCK (0).
2. Disconnect and isolate the negative cable (A) from the battery.
NOTE:
Always disconnect the negative side first.
3. Disconnect the positive cable (B) from the battery.

INSTALLATION
1. Battery Terminal - Reconnection
NOTE:
If the battery performance is abnormal, test the battery.
1. Clean the battery terminals.
2. Connect the positive cable (A) to the battery.
NOTE:
Always connect the positive side first.
3. Connect the negative cable (B) to the battery.
4. Apply multipurpose grease to the terminals to prevent corrosion.
